Sales Consultant

Direct Auto Mall is looking for used car Sales Consultants, especially those who are Bi-Lingual (Portuguese and/or Spanish)). Prior  sales and customer service experience  is preferred.
 Responsibilities:
-    Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
-    Maintain strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models
-    Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (internet, phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
-    Work with Team Leaders and Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
 Requirements:
-    Proven sales and customer service experience in any industry.
-    Superior communication and customer service skills
-    Excellent follow-through skills
-    Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
-    Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Auto Technician

Applicants should have good communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. Qualified candidates for this position should have a minimum of three years of automotive service experience, with an emphasis on preventive maintenance service, alignments, brake service and related repairs up to major engine repair. Additional knowledge and experience in drivability a must and air conditioning is a plus.

ASE Certifications in these areas of specialization are rewarded with bonuses and increased compensation.

F & I

Limited F&I / Contract Funder / Automotive Financial Biller

We are a high volume dealership looking for an experienced Contracted Biller and Funder for vehicle sales.

Candidates must be customer service oriented, willing to sell finance and insurance products on a limited but consistent basis, bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese/English) is a very strong suit and will be beneficial to the position, computer savvy and strong math and interpersonal skills, must have some limited financial knowledge .

Job may entail a small amount of sales ability, but mostly looking for someone with accurate mathematical skills, strong and quick computer operating abilities, efficient in billing and perfecting loan funding packages. Must be comfortable signing contracts with customers and ensuring that all documentation is complete and correct while also keeping client comfortable, happy, and satisfied with the entire paperwork process and experience.
